To all our patients
Everyone is concerned about the developing situation with Covid-19, the new coronavirus, in Britain, Europe and Worldwide.
We would like to reassure you that, as always we will continue to act to ensure the health and the safety of our patients and team.
As a Dental Practice, we are accustomed to decontamination procedures, and the surgery is one of the cleanest environments there is. Within the practice throughout the day , the door handles, buzzers, card machine, handrails to the stairs and reception desk are wiped down with disinfectant. There is also hand sanitiser on the reception desk and we ask that each patient upon arrival, sanitises their hands.
All the treatment rooms are wiped down and sanitised between each patient as standard procedure.
As you are aware, the advice is changing constantly, and as matters develop, we will respond to the changing advice. We will do our best to continue to provide care as appropriate. In accordance with current guidelines, any patient who has developed a new cough or has a temperature, is asked to kindly cancel their appointment, follow government advice, and not attend till those symptoms are gone.
If you currently have an appointment, we are open, so do come for the appointment. As ever, please follow the government guidelines. Please do let us know if you need to cancel.
If you are self-isolating, and have dental concerns, we may be able to provide some advice over the phone.
We would like to remind you to keep brushing and cleaning in between your teeth. Keeping your mouth healthy is an important part of keeping your immune system healthy.
With Best wishes
The Team at Ernevale House Dentistry
